iGaming operators like Betsson, Kindred Group, LeoVegas, ComeOn, Mobilebet, Folkeautomaten, Norgespill. com and GetLucky, who we currently have signed agreements with, would use Vivi iGaming's services to generate traffic and lead potential online player by creating exposure on content driven affiliate websites. Both the underlying iGaming market and the affiliate market itself are experiencing substantial growth, exceeding 7% annually. This is primarily driven by digitalization but also by deregulations of iGaming, such as in several North American states. The global iGaming market size in 2018 was estimated to 49 billion euro, and the global affiliate market to 5.3 billion euro.

During the second quarter of 2019, Vici iGAMING will enter the markets in Finland, Sweden, Denmark, the UK, and the Netherlands. The company will also launch brands in France, Spain, and Italy during the second half of the year.

Competitive landscape

Vici iGaming operates in a competitive industry. The company competes partly with both new and established local and international players within Internet marketing, partly other marketing methods like TV, print ads and radio. Among the major players we see Catena Media, Net Gaming Europe and Innovation Lab's as competitors. Among medium-sized affiliate companies, the company compete directly with Ribacka Group and the Interactive Gaming Group.

Unique differentiator from competitors

Affiliate marketing is by many considered to outperform traditional marketing channels in cost models, flexibility and organic commitment from visitors. For most iGaming operators collaborations with affiliates is a very important and central part of their business and they have standardized processes in order to sign an affiliate agreement. In comparison to competitors that also work with affiliate marketing ,we believe we have competitive advantages by running a more efficient business. 

Company revenue streams

By mainly charging our costumers in form of shares of the customer´s future revenues, we can offer the gaming operators an attractive marketing option combined with low risk compared to traditional marketing channels. Agreements on fixed cost payments or subscriptions are also possible payment methods. 

Product/service distribution

Our strategy is to have a number of distinct brands across a number of different countries. Access to these brands will be created via media channels in each respective territory, such as, search, social media, video content etc. where we will focus on the media where potential consumers are located and will target them with relevant offers to drive them to our website(s).

Previous Financing

The founders of Vici iGAMING have together invested approximately SEK 1 million and 1,000 hours of work prior to this offering.

Use of funds

The capital which is raised by this offering, is intended to be used primarily for marketing purposes in order to achieve increased traffic on affiliate websites, analysis of traffic on affiliate websites, development of additional affiliate websites and working capital to accelerate the Company’s market expansion.
