The problem this product solves
Most people feel like physical activities and training are like an unpleasant necessity.
They feel that there is no variety and social element to it.
Some also feel that if you are passionate about a sport it's not easy to find people to train with forcing you to go alone. It's even worse if you are travelling and don't know where to go to play tennis or football.
The third problem is if you are a big group of colleagues or friends it's hard to organize the activity and the hassle of inviting people and organizing is painful.
How the product solves it
Hayp wants to make fitness a social pleasure. We want people to try new sports and meet new people as often as they want. If you can't find a partner for climbing, you can easily post an activity and find someone quickly. You should never exercise alone just because your friends don't enjoy your favorite sport, have cancelled on you, or because you are travelling. If you are a big group of friends or colleagues you can create an activity and invite everyone and make the administration painless.
Hayp lets you see all the activities nearby sorted after the start time. You can join the activity and when the creator of the activity accepts you are ready to go. You can also create an activity and post it and meet new fitness friends. When people join you can accept who you want and meet new like minded people. If you are a professional or company you can post targeted ads and reach your real customers that you really need and want your product and services.

Our unique niche and our broad appeal gives Hayp the possibility to become a giant.
We don't have direct competitors because the concept is new but there are other apps that are targeting the same audience. The closest apps are Runtastic and Strava.
Runtastic allows you to track your running, cycling and other fitness activities has over 25 million users and was bought 2015 by Adidas for over 2 billion SEK.
Strava is for both runners and cyclists and let's you see and compete with other users results and it has over 1 million users in total and over 200k premium users.
Strava is valued to more than 2 billion SEK.
Unique differentiator from competitors
The difference between these apps and Hayp is the social component. While some have some social features they don't have social and interaction as their foundation. Hayp also has a lower threshold because we are not targeting the die hard fitness people but ordinary physically active people. We are also not limited to one or a couple sports which makes the possibilities far more greater.

We will have a premium version of Hayp that gives users more functions and tools. We aim to have 30-40% of our users to become premium users.
Users that are pt:s or yoga instructors will be able to upload activities that are more visible and lets them reach more people to get new customers.
We will introduce ads and allow companies to reach our users with new products and services. All the ads most be discounted offers for our users so that they feel that the ads make sense.
Hayp will be available on both App store and Google play.
We will collaborate with running clubs and organizers to reach more users. We will discuss with Lidingöloppet and others to use Hayp to register participants. These collaborations would give us tens of thousands of users in a short amount of time. We will also have PT:s and fitness influencers as ambassadors to penetrate social media and grow rapidly.

We have self-financed all the steps until now. We really believe in Hayp so it was easy for us to invest both money and time. We have had very interesting talks with private equity and business angels that are eager to discuss investments but we believe that a grass root support will be more beneficial.

We will create a launching campaign to reach as many as possible. We will have our own activities to introduce the app. We will also work with influencers to market the app and create awareness.

We will sponsor and cooperate with running clubs and athletes to reach as many users as possible. We will also cooperate with organizers to have them use Hayp as the tool to register participants.

We believe Hayp has the potential to become the next tech star. We will work hard for the launch to be succesful so that the next invesment round is with a much higher valuation. We will also work hard until 2022 to make Hayp succesful and profitable so we can make it a public company. The low valuation and the potential will give the intial investors a huge ROI.
When Hayp becomes a success it's very likely that similar apps will appear. But it's also likely that the giants will copy and integrate aspects of Hayp into their apps.
The solution is to market Hayp and create a hype så it becomes the new and interesting app.
Secondly to build a genuine relationship with the user base and understand them and interact so they have a positive experience and remain loyal.
Finally it's important to to launch in more cities and countries so that new copcats to get the chance to grow and become competitive.
