Return on Investment

The founders intention is to build a very successful global company and prepare for an exit in 3 to 5 years. The obvious exit options are;
- acquisition by a strategic buyer
- IPO on an International Stock Exchange but already now GolfSkiWorld is planning for making a larger A-round in US to capitalize further expansion.

Risk Analysis

Technical risk - budget overspend is mitigated by a very detailed tech spec and the fact that most of the development has already been done.
Execution risk - we have ensured to have a very experienced team with extensive networks in case we need to expand our resources.
Financial risk - we will monitor conversion to the Premium App, revenue and costs closely to be able to manage the financial risk.
